Soft Tissue Massage

With a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy from the North London School of Sports Massage, I specialise in working with the body to achieve lasting results—whether that’s pain relief, recovery, or enhanced performance.

I’ve had the privilege of working with elite athletes, including a World Champion Boxer, the National Argentinian Men’s Rugby Team, the Indianapolis Colts NFL Team, and the Northampton Saints Rugby Union First Team.

My work bridges science and sensitivity. Every treatment is guided by an understanding of anatomy, movement, and the nervous system, while also recognising the emotional and energetic load we all carry.

I also offer laryngeal manipulation, a highly specialised vocal treatment for singers, performers, and anyone experiencing vocal strain, tension, or swallowing difficulties.

Clients often describe my sessions as both deeply therapeutic and quietly transformative.

Laryngeal Manipulation

Laryngeal Manipulation, is a specialised treatment with both immediate and long-term benefits for vocal health. Immediate outcomes include a noticeable drop in pitch, increased resonance, relief from globus symptoms, and a decrease in hoarseness. For professional singers, it can reduce involuntary vibrato and improve ease of swallowing.
